The Highway E interchange will be closed for an extended period of time as the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) I-94 North-South freeway project continues. The following closures are scheduled to begin Monday, April 15:
- Highway E, between both frontage roads, is scheduled to close starting April 15 by 5 a.m. and will remain closed through late summer 2019.
- The Highway E entrance ramp to I-94 E southbound is scheduled to close starting April 15 by 5 a.m. and will remain closed through fall 2019.
Travelers can use the east and west frontage roads between Highway E and Highway 142 as well as Highway 142.
Ongoing closures:
- The I-94 E southbound exit ramp to County E remains closed through late spring 2019.
- The Highway E entrance ramp to I-94 W northbound remains closed through late 2019.
