Burger King received site plan approval from both the Village Plan Commission and the Village Board to build a new facility on the corner of 35th Street and Highway 31 east of Sam’s Club and Wal-Mart. It is expected the building will be over 3,000 square feet on a 1.19 acre site. The site is zoned B-4 planned business district. Developer agreements and documents have been submitted for review. It is expected construction will begin late summer of 2017.
