Residents in our water utility district, or those with slab foundations, can help keep your water system functioning by trickling water in drains during subzero weather.  A pencil lead size trickle is all that is needed.  If you live near a fire hydrant, we encourage you to keep the area clean of snow.  The Snow Emergency Ordinance takes effect after two inches of snow accumulation.  No parking is allowed between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM on town street and roads.  The men who plow snow thank you for helping them keep your street and road completely plowed.
