County Executive Jim Kreuser declared a state of emergency and is urging all Kenosha County residents who have experienced flood damage to report it immediately to the Kenosha County Emergency Management Hotline at 262-605-7924.  Your information will be used to apply to the State of Wisconsin for disaster funding.
