Somers Public Works would like to remind users to not flush any household cleaning, personal or baby wipes, even those labeled “flushable.” Please dispose of those items in the trash.
Wipes do not break down the same way as toilet paper and cause problems in a home’s plumbing system and the municipal system as a whole.
Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.
