Construction on Highway KR is continuing as it is being expanded to a 4-lane concrete road between Highway H and Old Green Bay Road.  The work is part of the larger Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Wisconn Valley Development multi-road project.

Due to construction at the Pike River bridges, access to County KR at Green Bay Road will no longer be available staring in early Dec. 2020 to the spring of 2021.

Motorists are advised to utilize 4th Place and 56th Avenue to get around the closure.

All lanes of traffic are scheduled to re-open by fall 2022.
