The Somers yard waste site, located at the Village/Town Hall (7511 12th St.), is now open. The entrance is located on the paved driveway between the Public Works garage and the salt barn building.

The site is open from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily.

Somers residents can drop off their grass clippings, leaves, small pruned plants, shrubs and tree debris under 8″ in diameter and no longer than three feet. Christmas trees are also permitted as long as tinsel, ornaments, and lights are removed.
