The Kenosha County Highway Department has reopened the intersection of Highway A (Seventh Street) and Highway Y (22nd Avenue).
The intersection has been converted into a single-lane roundabout. Temporary lights have been installed until permanent equipment becomes available from the manufacturer.
Additional full or partial closures will be needed in the coming weeks and again later in the summer to accommodate utility work and installation of permanent lighting.
