Somers Building Inspector Scott Seymour would like to let everyone know of upcoming changes to the dumpster ordinance (Ordinance 21.17).

The Village will require a $25 permit for temporary dumpsters and temporary storage containers like PODS. They are only allowed on premises for 30 days, need to be placed on hardened surface and at least 15 feet from the nearest property line.
