Sunset Ridge Mausoleum is prepared to move forward with their proposed 12,624 square foot building project to be built in the Town of Somers located on the south side of Washington Road/38thStreet/Highway S. The Mausoleum will be built in two phases. The first will include all site improvements for the project, including roads, retention pond, landscaping, utility lines, a drive-through canopy, and a 3,400 square foot decorative masonry office building. The building will include 48 exterior crypts, 64 exterior granite urn niches, dedicated space for customer meetings, and new offices for the Sunset Ridge Memorial Park staff. The second phase calls for a 7,400 square foot building addition that will have 892 crypt spaces, a chapel area for 80 people, and numerous amenities.
Oak Street #2-LLC of Greenfield, Wisconsin, Joseph A. Malucha, Owner, and MSI General Corp of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin received final site plan approval from the Town of Somers Board of Supervisors on July 8, 2014.
