At the Town Board Meeting on February 9, 2016, the vote was unanmous to approve the repeal of Section 2.02 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Somers relating to meetings of the Town Board. Ordinance number 16-001 was passed 3-0.

Effective immediately, regular meetings of the Town Board shall be held on the 2nd Tuesday of each calendar month at 6:00 PM, or immediately following the Village Board Meeting which starts at 5:30 PM.
